Please understand that all sales are FINAL. I will not issue refunds due to buyer's remorse or impulse purchases. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me via email and I will help get everything sorted out!
Reselling/Trading
I ask that you do not resell P4P pins purchased from this shop for more than DSS. If you decide that you don't want a P4P pin after your purchase, please feel free to sell it at DSS pricing. It doesn't matter to me if you want to sell it a day after receiving it, or even years later.
Pins can be traded however you want, but I do prefer that people don't just purchase a pin as trading fodder. This takes away inventory for those who really want to keep and enjoy the pin in their collection. That being said, once you buy a pin it's yours to trade how you like. If there are ever any questions about trades or resale, please feel free to reach out via Instagram or email.
Grading
Enamel pins are handmade and small flaws/defects are to be expected. No pin is completely flawless. I take my time scanning each pin to make sure that I don't sell any with major flaws. The majority, if not all the pins I sell will be standard grade.
A/Standard Grade
These pins are considered the best of the batch. Any flaws here are considered minimal and difficult to see without close inspection.
Potential flaws include:
- Small air bubbles
- Light amount of enamel underfill
- Surface scuffing/light scratches on the enamel
- Small nicks in the metal/enamel
- Slight offset on screen printed sections
- Slight paint pooling
- Small dust specks
- Minimal overall imperfections
B Grade
These pins will have a few noticeable flaws. Collectors who don't mind a few imperfections will still enjoy putting them on display.
Potential flaws include:
- Noticeable versions of all the imperfections listed under A grade flaws.
C Grade
These pins have very noticeable defects. A collector might avoid displaying these due to imperfections taking away from the design of the pin. Please do not purchase C grade pins if you are not willing to accept the flaws.
Standard Grade
These pins are as stated. Grades will be mixed, and I will not guarantee a specific grade. This grade is mostly reserved for P4P listings. I will not send out any pins that are severely flawed.
Shipping
For the time being, I will only be selling in-hand pins. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Once USPS has successfully received the package from me, I am NOT responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Please make sure to review your address before placing an order.
I will not combine orders at this time to avoid any shipping errors on my end.
Replacements
I will only offer pin replacements if a pin arrives severely damaged and extra stock is available. In these cases, please email me so we can come up with a solution.
